Services are limited to structural systems and do not include construction means and methods, site supervision, contractor performance, material procurement, geotechnical investigation, drainage design, or other disciplines unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Construction shall be performed under the direction and responsibility of the General Contractor and/or Owner. Sealed construction documents govern the work.
